2.1 Digital Products and Downloadable Content

Due to the nature of digital products (e-books, guides, templates, etc.), we generally do not offer refunds on these items once they have been downloaded or accessed. However, if you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing your purchased digital content, please contact our customer support within 7 days of purchase for assistance or a possible refund.

2.2 Online Courses and Webinars

  • Pre-recorded courses: If you're not satisfied with a pre-recorded course, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not completed more than 25% of the course content.
  • Live webinars: Refunds for live webinar registrations are available up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time. After this point, no refunds will be issued, but you may transfer your registration to another individual or receive a credit for a future webinar.

2.3 Subscription Services

For our subscription-based services:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
  • When you cancel, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period, after which your subscription will not renew.
  • We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of subscription periods.
  • If you cancel within 7 days of initial subscription purchase and have not substantially used the service, you may be eligible for a full refund.

2.4 Career Coaching and Consultation Services

  • Rescheduling: You may reschedule a coaching or consultation session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time at no additional cost.
  • Cancellation: If you cancel more than 48 hours before your scheduled session, you will receive a full refund or credit for a future session. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session are not eligible for a refund.
  • No-shows: If you fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, no refund will be provided, and the session will be considered delivered.

2.5 Career Assessment Tools

Career assessment tools and tests are non-refundable once the assessment has been started or completed. If you experience technical issues with the assessment, please contact customer support within 24 hours for assistance.

2.6 Resume/CV Review and Writing Services

  • If you're not satisfied with our resume/CV services, you may request revisions according to the package you purchased.
  • Refund requests for these services must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the final deliverable.
  • Refunds may be offered at our discretion if we cannot address your concerns through revisions.
